| Cameron Nelson, Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer |

Mr. Nelson joined QLT in May 2000 as Associate Director, Financial Analysis and Planning and has made many contributions to QLT during his time with the Company. He was promoted to Director, Financial Analysis and Planning in January 2002 and later to Senior Director, Financial Reporting and Planning. In early 2005, he was promoted to Vice President, Finance and was named Chief Financial Officer in August 2005. |
Prior to joining QLT, Mr. Nelson held finance and accounting positions with Mattel Inc. and Equity Marketing Inc. in Los Angeles. Mr. Nelson earned his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and his Master of Business Administration from Dartmouth College. |
